Same-day Access Triage

We run a same-day access triage service, meaning our appointments are available on the day that you contact us.

To request a same-day appointment call reception or use our online triage from 08:00am. For sick/fit notes or admin requests please call after 11:00am

Routine remote video appointments are available via LIVI. For access to LIVI you will need to download the LIVI app

For Nurse Appointments please call the surgery as normal.

If you are unable to get an appointment at your GP Surgery there are evening & weekend appointments available at Enhanced Access with a GP, Nurse or Health Care Practitioner or there are also consulations available using the LIVI online consulation app.

 

GP Enhanced Access – Pre-bookable Appointments available in the Evenings and Weekends

18:30 - 21:30 weekdays, 09:00 - 17:00 weekends

There are now more bookable GP and Nurse appointments available for Northampton patients, making it easier for you to be seen at a time that suits you including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Enhanced Access is an extension of your usual GP practice, it is not a walk-in-service, and you will need to make an appointment through your usual GP Practice reception.

You will be offered a face to face, Telephone or Video consultation, depending on your clinical need.

The service is located on the ground floor of Highfield Clinical Care Centre, Cliftonville Rd., Northampton NN1 5BD. (ENTRANCE B) 

 

LIVI - Online Consultations

 

LIVI is our Online consultation provider. If you would like an online consultation, you do not need to call your GP Practice reception. Once you’ve signed up to the LIVI App, you will be able to access LIVI Online Consultations between 06:00 – 22:00 every day. You can choose to see a GP online the same day or book up to 7 days ahead.
